The Mancin company was founded with a well-defined goal, its speciality is fish.
In 1983, in the Po Delta, Martino De Agostini started his activity with the aim of perpetuating the ancient tradition of fish marinating, which originated in the preservation of anchovies and eels.
The quality, the controls, the typical nature of the raw materials are only some of the ingredients that distinguish the Mancin company for its speciality: fish.
