Thanks to my friend Gianluigi Veronesi Due for inviting me to the inauguration of a company that perfectly represents Venetian pride — an example of entrepreneurship that does things the right way, as Mr. Martino De Agostini told me, founder of the company along with his wife Nadia Mancin, specialized in the production and distribution of marinated fish products.

Founded in 1983, Mancin Nadia has become a benchmark in high-quality fish production.
In 2023, a fire completely destroyed the production facility, bringing operations to a halt.

But the owners never gave up: they kept all employees and their salaries throughout the entire rebuilding process.
In just two years, the company was reborn — now even stronger and more competitive than before.

A true Venetian entrepreneurial miracle.
