From Challenge to Innovation: The New Chapter of Mancin Nadia Srl

Some events represent a critical challenge for a company, but they do not determine its destiny. In January 2023, Mancin Nadia Srl faced one of the most complex obstacles in its history: a fire completely destroyed the production site.
Today, two years later, the company has resumed its activities and launched a phase of strong expansion, with a renewed infrastructure of over 6,000 sqm, state-of-the-art technologies, and an even more efficient and sustainable production model.
One of the most significant results of this journey was the maintenance of full employment: no worker lost their job and salaries were guaranteed without interruption for approximately one hundred employees. A concrete commitment that confirms the central role of people in the company's strategy.
This focus on human resources, combined with the efficiency of the new plant, lays the foundation for ambitious growth: the company aims to reach a turnover of 20 million euros.
The press conference scheduled for Thursday, May 15, 2025, will be an opportunity to present the solutions adopted, the development prospects, and the strategic vision of the management. During the event, the new products will also be presented, and visitors will be able to tour the new plant to understand how the company turned a crisis into an opportunity for growth and innovation.
