200gr Marinated anchovies
1 Orange medium size
Paprika and parsley q.b.


Place the anchovies in an oven dish well spread out, take the orange, wash it well under running water and dry it, grate the peel directly into the oven dish containing the anchovies, squeeze the orange and add the juice into the oven dish, add half a teaspoon of paprika and parsley and mix everything; cover the container and let it rest for about an hour in the fridge. After an hour, remove the anchovies from the orange sauce and serve them with crispy bread.
