Mancin Nadia Srl of Rivà di Ariano nel Polesine, the factory that deals with fish products, is reborn after the devastating fire of two years ago. In a post on Linkedin, the company presented the project for the new factory, a symbol of resilience, innovation and commitment to a sustainable future.
“What initially seemed like a moment of great difficulty has turned into a unique opportunity to rethink the entire structure. We asked ourselves a fundamental question: how can we do better? How can we create a space that is not only functional, but also respectful of the environment and projected towards the future? - it reads - The answer to this question has given life to a vision that is transforming our way of working”.
The new plant, which will increase from 5000 to 6000 square meters, includes an automated warehouse, a radio frequency defroster to keep the organoleptic properties of the fish intact, heat recovery in the context of a circular economy, to power a ground heating system. Furthermore, the increase in clean energy production with photovoltaics is planned. And also a latest-generation oven, optimization of production flows thanks to new spaces and machinery that help to further reduce waste, improve safety at work and increase the well-being of the staff. "The opening of the new plant, scheduled for 2025, will mark a new chapter in the history of Mancin Nadia srl. This is not only a structural change, but a symbol of our commitment to the future".
