take a bucket of Fantasia di mare, open it and drain it from the liquid, put the contents in a bowl; take the dried tomatoes and cut them in Julien, cut the borettane onions into slices with a knife and add them all in one bowl. Add to the mixture a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and parsley and serve on the table.
