240gr octopus salad
300gr potatoes Parsley
marjoram salt, pepper to taste.
Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, boil them in slightly salted water. In the meantime, open a tray of Marinsieme octopus salad and drain it from the oil, take the anchovies and cut them coarsely. When the potatoes are cooked, drain them and dry them then add salt, pepper and marjoram to taste. Serve the dish warm with a sprinkling of parsley.
