ARIANO NEL POLESINE – There is a story that starts from Rivà, a hamlet of Ariano nel Polesine, and reaches Milan, on one of the most important stages of the international food industry. It is the story of Mancin Nadia, which will be among the protagonists of Tuttofood, scheduled from tomorrow until Wednesday. During the major event, which brings together more than four thousand exhibitors from all over the world, the company will be present in Hall 2, Stand P07, where it will showcase a new line of products designed for the Horeca and foodservice world. Hotels, restaurants, bars, catering companies and, more generally, all professional foodservice activities. These are refrigerated seafood gastronomic pouches, seafood dishes already prepared and ready to be regenerated in just a few minutes, developed to respond to increasingly widespread needs in the sector: difficulties in finding staff, rising costs and the need to speed up service without giving up a recognizable quality standard.

“The products are not simply ready meals, but an operational model designed to help modern foodservice: already cooked preparations, ready to use, which allow reducing times, limiting waste, simplifying kitchen work and guaranteeing continuity in service – explains the company – the idea is also to allow those who today struggle to find qualified personnel to continue offering credible dishes linked to Italian gastronomic tradition.”

The range includes several seafood specialties, from octopus with potatoes to Luciana-style octopus, from cuttlefish with peas to Taranto-style mussels, up to ready-made seafood appetizers and more versatile solutions, also designed as bases for pasta dishes, such as cooked seafood, usable both as a complete dish and as a sauce.

Behind this proposal there is a recent story that deeply marked the company. On the night between January 24 and 25, 2023, a fire destroyed the production facility. From there began a reconstruction process that led, in spring 2025, to the inauguration of the new production headquarters, today the heart of the company’s operations. A wound that has not been erased, but that contributed to redefining the present: more organization and attention to processes, greater ability to adapt to a rapidly changing market. And which today also passes through Milan, where the Po Delta returns to present itself with clear ideas and a vision that combines experience and future.
