Blue crab, clams and new oysters

Mancin Nadia alongside the producers of the Po Delta

To protect clams from the blue crab, Mancin Nadia supports the Sirio cooperative in Gorino and its system for safeguarding the farms. Together with the members of the Cooperativa Cozza di Scardovari DOP, the company is also trialling new oyster varieties, which led to its cooked oyster with a half-open shell, sold in trays of four.
